Classic Office apps

Classic apps for Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Business

Microsoft Outlook 2016

Run your work email, calendar and contacts in one window. Outlook 2016 can attach a file as a OneDrive link instead of a copy, so clients always open the latest version. It connects to Exchange, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail and most IMAP mailboxes.

Microsoft Word 2016

Write quotes, contracts and letters from your own templates. Word 2016 added the Tell Me box: type what you want to do and it finds the command. Smart Lookup shows web definitions for a selected word without leaving the page, and files save as DOCX or PDF.

Microsoft Excel 2016

Track invoices, stock and budgets. Excel 2016 brought six new chart types (waterfall, histogram, Pareto, box and whisker, treemap, sunburst), built-in Get & Transform to pull data from other files and databases, and a one-click Forecast Sheet for sales trends.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2016

Pitch to clients with slides built from your company template. PowerPoint 2016 shares the Tell Me box and Smart Lookup with the other apps, can record your screen into a slide, and exports a deck as an MP4 video for people who cannot open PPTX files.

Microsoft OneNote 2016

Keep meeting notes, phone numbers and project ideas in one notebook with sections and pages. OneNote 2016 is the full desktop version: notebooks stay on your PC or sync through OneDrive, and you can tag action items and search text inside pictures.
