We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we’ve designed a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange policy to provide peace of mind with every transaction. Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Defective and Non-Defective Products: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you encounter an issue with your product, or if you simply need an exchange, we’re here to help.
- Condition of Products: Only new, unused, and unopened items are eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Return Window: Customers have 180 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, items are no longer eligible for returns.
Return and Exchange Process
- Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@vedrom.com. Include your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) and a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.
- Shipping Your Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. You can download and print this label at no cost. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and complete the inspection, we will process your request promptly. For refunds, processing takes 2 business days after approval. For exchanges, we will ship your replacement product within 2-3 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Return Label: Vedrom provides prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns and exchanges. There is no cost to the customer for return shipping.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment or can be provided as a store voucher, depending on your preference. Once the return is approved and processed, refunds will be completed within 2 business days.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not issued for items that are returned damaged due to improper use, incomplete, or outside the 180-day return period.
Exchanges
Vedrom is happy to facilitate exchanges for products of equal value or a different item in our store.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as initiating a return. Once the return is processed, your replacement item will be shipped out.
Additional Terms
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact support immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by replacing the product, issuing a refund, or finding another solution.
- Digital Products: Returns for digital products, such as software licenses, are only eligible if the license key is unused, unactivated, and returned within 180 days of purchase. Refunds for digital products will be processed once the license is verified as unused.
- Non-Returnable Items:
1. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Products incompatible with your device or operating system are not eligible for return. For example:
– Purchasing Windows software for a macOS device.
– Purchasing software designed for Windows 10 when running an older Windows 8 operating system. - Shipping Costs: Vedrom covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. You will not be charged for the return label or shipping fees.
